Our Coffee Beans
Our coffee blend comes from two origins: Hammerhead Coffee Roasters, a small local business in Bellingham, WA, and Thep Sa Dej Coffee Bean from Chiang Mai, Thailand. We are committed to supporting farmers by purchasing products directly from them while also supporting small, local roasters in Washington. Both coffee beans are 100% organic.
Thepsadej Coffee has received geographical indication (GI) certification from the Thai government. This Arabica coffee is uniquely grown in the forest, where the presence of natural bees influences its flavor. The result is a distinct floral aroma, reminiscent of wildflowers, giving the coffee a signature taste that stands out from conventional beans. This natural infusion process is what makes Thepsadej Coffee truly special.
